Today we take a trip down to one of the best cafes which has grown from one single store in 1889 near the city of Lille , France , to day having outlets across the world from Japan, UAE to the UK. Pauls bakers which was recommend by a friend in Dubai ( thanx vineetha) has had an incredible journey over the past 100 years,. family run and like the village bakers you would find in France, rustic and proud of the French cooking skills. the menu as you would expect is made of die for pastries along with traditional salads and sandwiches. They also have restaurants as well with a typical Parisian cafe menu. I for one will be heading to a pauls at the first opportunity after having a look at the products on their website; http://www.paul-uk.com/content/whats-news.php
Being a big fan of the Pain Au Chocolate and the tarte au citron. cant wait to get my hands on that. They have also had their Hot Chocolate compared to Krug Champagne !!!!!! thats something you dont hear every day .
