Wine Time!!!!!!!!! Champagne

Hi all

I hope you are enjoying my blogs so far it is time to turn back to the wine side and have a little cracker for you today!!!!!!!!!

Champagne Louis De Sacy. 


Situated in the heart of the Montagne De Reims.the Sacy family which can be traced back to 1633 has produced over the centuries some fantastic Champagne made with the best quality grapes. The Vineyard is 20 hectares and  Alain Sacy has put in some major investments to maintain the highest quality of production but to keep the traditional methods in place. I visited this beautiful vineyard and met with Alain a charismatic gentlemen with the drive a passion that show in his champagne production, tasting was worth the cold as i had gone in October very unseasonal weather to say the least. 

Get the chance to go to Reims for not just the champagne but also the cultural heritage of the city with a magnificent cathedral. I am  sure Alain would welcome you with that beaming smile :-)
